The Mountain Air Country Club Fitness Center offers Peak Performance Fitness programs and regular indoor and outdoor classes for all levels of fitness. Our staff fitness professionals offer one-on-one sessions, beginner fitness sessions and “Super Session” packages for long term fitness goals.

    • Traditional cardio and strength classes pair with Tai Chi, Med Balls, Water Fitness, Yogalites and other interesting options to fuel your fitness quest. Or enjoy guided alfresco Yoga and meditation sessions at one of the 6 parks on the Mountain Air grounds.

  • FITNESS WITH A VIEW
    • Although TV’s are available on all cardio machines, the floor to ceiling windows in the Fitness Center provide views that will captivate and inspire you.

    • Our Fitness Center includes a complete selection of Star Trac (R) Human Sport cardio and strength equipment for a full workout.

        Memmy Staber is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, a Post Rehabilitation Counselor and a Sports Nutrition Counselor. 

      Joe Grebenor, also a Certified Personal Trainer, is a Stretch Therapist focussed on sports conditioning. 
         
        Gina Elrod, Mountain Air’s Recreation Director, is also a Certified Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
